Of course I'll give you another chance, Chero. Outline of the rules:
ONE character. You can use multiple images of the same character, such as only use Britain or America with this theme, but not both. In this challenge, I specifically said ONE character. (I agonized over the one you're mentioning and have chosen to accept Hifsa's Summertime as the borderline of what's accepted because you can't see who the second character is. He doesn't have a real bearing on the wallpaper. It's about C.C.) I hope this helps.
Next challenge I will try not to confuse you. Thanks for the critique there. I had worried about that, but I didn't get a lot of questions about that, so I left it.
Send me a message if you have any other questions. I don't bite. Much xD

I was really confused about the rules...since you sort of had two different contests going...a character study and a words one. I thought the two character thing was for the character study part. BUT I should have asked. I was also confused because I did see a wallpaper in the contest that had two characters in it....and did not get kicked out...*reread the rules afterwards* and I saw since they submitted two characters...that it WAS towards the character study. But.
yes. That is England and America. I made the two wallpapers for fun and will not be too sad if you have to disqualify them both. I do have one more idea that would fit...if you give me another chance.

Aaaaaaggghhhh! Chero, why do you do this to me?! (Although part of it was me being sick and not able to tell you again in the first wallpaper in time.) Chero, this wallpaper is really, really cool! I love the images, the effects, the letters. It fits your theme soo well, especially of a war like WWI. You might have felt lazy but your lazy choice were right on! Black and red, the stark, cold reality of a war like that. The simple but blunt background brings out the images' emotions even more. Awesome wallpaper! .....
BUT I may have to disqualify it. Aren't there two different guys here, America and Britain? (I won't disqualify it until I know for sure.) Disqualifying this one is going to hurt if you tell me that it is the case.
