I'm sorry you had to create a new wallpaper for the contest, but I'm glad you were able to complete this one in time. (I still need to comment on the other one, too.) I really like the strength in this wallpaper how Homura's brave stance is offset by the ticking clock and the buildings falling around her. I love the background effects that were created by combining those two elements. The words convey this message further, though I think they should have been a bit bigger and maybe put to the side to be better seen and still be balanced with the whole strong and bold wallpaper. Awesome re-entry.
