Would you believe this is the actual scan and I did some retouching with colors and brightness? You see the image was far worse edgey then what it appears to be right now, although I realize it still has it, but I could only do so much. It is what it is, I certainly don't claim it to be my best but by far not my worst either! ^^ I appreciate your feedback!
I would really love to see the original scans used for this wallpaper! The foreground guy has some really jagged edges, that some subtle blurring could help even out some. I also think the scan choices here were smart, but that the positioning in relationship to one another could have made a little more sense. It would have been really interesting to maybe have seen the moon scan in the reflection of a river or lake, and had this character standing beside it v. the sort of impossible angle he is relative to the sky. That said, the character and scene really compliment each other well. The simplicity is refreshing. Good work!
