This is gorgeous! It brings back nostalgia for me from when I made a rainy wallpaper (years ago now lol; I feel old!). You did a great job creating the rainy look (And Akane's action is perfect) and blending. I think this looks like nighttime for sure. :) Nice job with the typography as well!
