Me too. Probably going to be awhile though, since Crystal isn't even that far into the first arc. But yeah, the original anime was a real departure from the first arc.
Well, I think what may happen is that after they do Crystal they'll come out with "sequels" based on the other arcs of the manga. I haven't heard anything at all on this, but I think that's what may likely happen. Might depend on how popular Crystal turns out to be.
I heard they're only going to do the first arc of the manga in SMC. That news made me sad because I wanted to see Hotaru. And I wanted to see her get a real transformation sequence.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
