Depending on where you live there are a few shops that stock up on Halloweeny goods, but even if you find a decent costume (ordered online) and a few friends to party with, there are pretty high chances that the neighbours will complain because they dont celebrate an American holiday -_-
And yes I agree there isnt enough Cowboy Bebop wallies! XD
