And yes, the render was what I can only describe as a labor of love, considering it did take incredible patience to do (I really thought I'd lose it before I was done ) But it was worth it. So glad you like it. And yeah, I'm not a fan of Kanou either, but there was no way to take him out without messing it up
The image will be much more beautiful with Kanou out of the picture. =m= But, putting my personal dislike for Kanou aside..
*cough* I like the choice of background for this image, it takes a lot of patience to render this image. xD Kudos for you for succeeding in doing so!
The background makes this wallpaper looks dreamy and it goes well with the image's color pallette. And the bokeh goes well with water image as well!
