I'd love to try out Photoshop but my tablet can't handle it ^^;; and my laptops been out of commission for quite some time. I will keep that in mind when I get it back though. ^^

I love sailor pluto too. It's embarrassing to say but I sort of look up to her. Especially after reading the manga. It really adds to her character. I even named one of my mains in platinum Setsuna after her.
Making wallpapers just takes time and practice mixed with a bit of patience. My go to graphic program is Photoshop, been using it for years. Hasn't let me down yet. I think you're quite talented and you have a good eye for capturing and envoking feelings. Which is exactly what you did herE. Pixlr sounds neat. :)

R you kidding me? This wallpaper of Chibi Usa is absolutely gorgeous. All the images look like they were made to go together. This is absolutely beautiful.
What makes it even more special is you took the time to make this for me. I love it so much. It was a nice surprise.
