And emotions, SunfallE is right about many people having the same picture; I have the art book this came from so I have this picture too. Having the picture doesn't mean someone stole it from you. I was going to make a wallpaper of this, but SunfallE already did.
If you are going to accuse someone of plagiarism it�s a good idea to actually use correct spelling and proper English. It would also be useful for you to explain where the picture was stolen from and why you think they stole it from you.
I also think if you really believe someone is plagiarizing you then it is certainly more tactful to send a private message instead of posting it for everyone to see. Especially since you don�t know for sure where they really got the picture from.
I got this from the Sailor Moon Picture Collection Volume II Artbook. Seeing as there were many copies sold I'm not surprised you have the picture too. So the answer to your question is I didn't get it from you but from the artbook. So yes this is made by me. I took the scan of the picture and cleaned it up by enhancing the colors and adding my name to the bottom. For future reference, all the Sailor Moon art I have were gotten from the artbooks.
