I happen to be familiar with Tohru Azumi's work anime linkz, and I have seen the art book that these pictures are from.
So why don't you tell me where these so-called fan arts are posted? After all claming you drew pictures from an art book and then submitting it as your own, when in fact it is not, is against the submission guidelines.
I'd be happy to turn the person in for claming they drew these pictures as plagerism is against the rules.

The pictures in my wallpaper are from the book Heaven & Hell, a collection of illustrations by Tohru Azumi. As it was approved for publication the pictures are considered official artwork. If someone has posted them claiming that it is their fan art then it is they who are breaking the submission rules as Tohru Azumi drew the pictures.
It is always a good idea to be sure of your facts before accusing others of stealing. Feel free to report it to the moderators if you do not believe me. I can give them the link to Tohru Azumi�s official Japanese website proving that the book was published by Tohru Azumi. Till later.
