Um... You can download textures in some sites (I recommend www.aethereality.net) then you just have to put the textures as a BG and then the image in front... It's easy, and it makes great wallie!!

yea. GIMP is a program. its a free download. well, someone told me something about opaque- or something. and w/ layers too. but i cant find it anywhere. but thanks for trig anyways.
