yeah he does look like Sasuke, there is a lot of discussion about him being a clone of him.

I know, that team 7 is out to go get Sasuke back! ^^ Sai is just there temporaly, though he kinda looks like Sasuke! ^^

This is the NEW team 7 Naruto, Sakura, and Sai. He's not Sasuke. ^_^
