Heh, well actually it is from the opening theme it is a crossfade of two of the images from the opening theme with an add coloring effect.

Haha...and this one reminds me of the opening theme, which I love and Kaoru hates XD Actually...Haruhi hates it too...psh. Whatever. T_T Hehe...
