Hmm, I didn't spend a lot of time on this one (about 15 minutes?) Hope it doesn't show >.< I tried to make it starry, but not to exaggerate with the sparkles and stuff.
For the sparkles I used default PS brushes, the Moon and the city are stock photos, and I also used a wing brush. You can find the credits on the wallpaper, on the bottom, as usual ^_^
