If you've never seen Aria, then you probably don't know the connecting of rowing...they are Undine, which are people that row gondolas in future Venice, Neo Venecia. Anyhoo, back to the wallpaper...I had fun making that gradient. ^^ The colors in the anime and manga are usually light and rainbow-y like that, so yeah. And the poem, yes, is basically saying that you shouldn't give up on life. If you come across troubles, then relax for a bit, but don't give up. I hope you like this one. ^^ Took about an hour+.
