Again, brushes courtesy of aethereality.net. ^_^A depressing one, yay! Yes, I got into one of my moods and I felt like making a depressing wallpaper. ^^; I really wanted to accentuate the "freezing" look of the girl...so I used an inner glow and outer after erasing away some of the pic with those brushes. It makes it look more foggy around her that way.I had fun with using those brushes and again, sticking with a COLD look...cause, well, yeah. I had a tough time deciding the opacity of the pic of the girl...so I ended up making her faded quite a lot.
