It's another pink wallpaper; sorry! *laugh* I just don't get it! I like making pink ones for some reason lately...and I don't even LOVE the color! It's pretty though. ^^;

Anyhoo, this is Shimako from Maria-sama Ga Miteru. Not my favorite character, but it was a nice pic. The png was from aethereality.net, as I said on the wallpaper, too. (I flipped it so that she would be facing to the left instead of the right to match better) *nods* I found it first, then I made the bg (gradients, brushes, liquify tool, erasing)...and then the poem! ^_^

I had fun with the brushes (again, from aethereality.net) for the bg. I also liked how I made the cherry blossoms on the pic of Shimako a different layer to make them have a separate glow as well.This took...about an hour. Do you like it? I hope so. ^^;
