Actual fact: "Ikki Tousen" never got censored for any U.S. release. This wallpaper is a fan fiction in which anime like "Ikki Tousen" are doomed to give up some of their usual traditions/concepts in order to meet American T.V. standards. Partly, this wallpaper is a commemntary about Anime's ways (including the idea of there being cartoons for adults) not often being welcomed by American T.V. dues to U.S. standards and stereotypes for cartoons, including the stereotype describing American cartoons as kids' stuff (which is entirely not true). The use of the black bras I drew on Kan-u and Hakufu on the right side was inspired by American cartoons where when girls get into fights and rip each others clothes, at least their bars and panties stick onto them (Ex: a fight scene from the "Family guy" episode "I am Peter, Hear Me Roar")
