W.I.T.C.H. might not be anime, but I like it. And that's enough for me.
New opportunity to practice texture and filter skills. No brushes used on this one, except the "petal" ones, which are default PS ones (I messed with them a bit to attain the effect of scattered sparkles/petals.

The first version was much better, though. But when I was done and wanted to view it in all its glory, my computer restarted itself all of a sudden and I lost everything I had done (yes, I didn't save the file, curses! ~_~) This one isn't too bad either, but I liked the first one better.
