okay i'be gotten everything straight!Pein is still the leader to the other memebrs(except the girl,and Madara),and he commands otrs to do things! but Madara can rule over Pein! so he would be the master of all! but it's still a secret to the others! jeez,i was soooo confused! whaaaa...and i thought Tobi was Tobi(actually obito)!sniff i'll miss him! okay i hope taht cleared things out! sorry if you didn't know!
