i say neji went thorugh alot when he was small,notice all the naruto characters did!it's sad!but neji i s a good person now(since he cut all that destiny stuff now)!i like the blue efefct i used!but there are other effects i saw,and they look better!^ ^ i will do everyone else later on too,but who?(im stuck)! ~thank you for commenting,or favoriting!~
