Nah...it doesn't matter now. -__-; Anyhoo, I was looking for a good PNG on beloved-melody.org to use for my new wallpaper...and well, I found it! I haven't made a Suigintou wallpaper in a long time...in fact, I think I've only made one anyway. ^^; I liked the style that this image of her was in; all credit goes to the original artist! In the original, her eye was highlighted with red, her lips had light purple lipstick on, and she still carried that turquoise/blue rose. I used a brush and went over her lips with turquoise and I changed the red to the matching color as well (for her eyes). XD Well, then I just ended up overlaying blue all over her to give her the colors she has now! I gave her a glow and that's that. As for the bg, I used a few layers using brushes and cloud filters and erasing them away. I gave a couple layers that turquoise glow (like the top layer)...it just overall looked very COOL. That's how I came up with the text...Suigintou isn't known for ice (Barasuishou is, right?), but I thought that it matched with how the wallpaper looked. This took less than an hour surprisingly.
