I'm in Death Note mood, aren't I? Well, I wanted to make a Near wallpaper so here it is! ^_^ I think it turned out pretty well. You don't see many Near wallpapers, so yeah. I fooled around with different filters for the bg and for the scan of Near (which I had to extract! Thanks to deathgod.org for the scan!); I usually don't use filters. XD Just effects and whatnot...so after clouds and twirling/swirling...yeah. And brushwork...more brushwork...the scan of Near wasn't that clear so I tried a lot of effects and whatnot to make it look better. ^^;; I don't think it's that great though...VERY bright, but I wanted a big contrast. I hope it looks ok. Ah yes, and the title! Play on words!! XD *laugh* i just HAD to say that. Hehe. This took over an hour. I hope you like it!!
