XD Ok, ok! I said I wasn't going to do another L one for a while...and I think it's been several weeks, so there! I couldn't resist. ^^;;; This is like a lot of my other L wallpapers, where I just took a screen shot (I don't remember which episode this was from), enlarged it to fit the canvas, and then went from there...using brushes, default PS textures, different blending effects...etc. I used some motion blurs, and I duplicated the layer of the screen shot several times and did different things with each one. I obviously added text, too. I wanted a good place for the "Justice must prevail," and the only place it would show up well was...well, on his face! Sorry, ladies. XD But don't worry, his adorableness is still visible. It just added more texture, I suppose you could say. I think this turned out pretty good...what do you think? I hope some people out there like it. ^^;;; I haven't been making as many wallpapers lately so maybe I'm out of practice? This took less than an hour...I THINK. Then again, it was probably over an hour. XD I hope you like it!
