Well, I don't know anything about the anime, so I didn't give it a title (to prevent mistakes). I've seen a few episodes of GX, but that's about it.
This wallpaper is a request from Thousand Shadows MP. Hope you like it ^_^

I tried to give it a grunge look, at least that's what the character's face inspired me. After browsing for PNG's throughout the Internet, I found this scan on Minitokyo, and decided it was good enough to give it a go :]
You'll find a lot of textures here, some patterns and a few brushes. I added a few sparkle brushes as well, just as a side touch, so they're not too visible.
If anyone wants to create those random lighting spots, here's how I did it: on a new layer, with the foreground color black and the background color white, I went to Filters - Render - Clouds. Then I used the Overlay blending more ^_^ Creates a nice and random effect!
