Meet one of the most adorable female characters in the history of anime, Lacus Clyne. In making this wallpaper, I used the line tool to draw a horizontal line that would separate the background in two sides. Then I used the fill-with-color tool to color the sides using shades of pink (light and dark), the color of Lacus. Next, I used line tool to outline a vertical rectangular border on each of left and right sides, and after inserting images of Lacus that were cropped out from scans/screenshots by microsoft photo editor, I used the fill-with-color tool to color the spaces of the borders in black to create a filmstrip effect. Last step, I used the text tool to type the character's name and placed the text at the center. This wallpaper is for all the Lacus lovers.
