Lord Dessler and the Gamilus Empire from "Space Battleship Yamato" (U.S. title: Star Blazers). They're a perfect example of anime characters who were introduced as evil and then became good later on.

In making this wallpaper in paint program, I used line tool to draw a vertical line separating this piece in two areas. I colored the divided areas with fill-with-color tool using colors blue (skin color of the people of Gamilus) and dark green (a uniform color of the Gamilus soldiers themselves). I placed an image of the gamilus Empire I found on the internet at the left and placed the U.S. dub logo of the "Space Battleship Yamato" multiseries at the right.
