Enter Public Security Section 9, the protagonists of the anime/manga multiseries "Ghost In The Shell". After choosing a "GITS" image from animepaper to use for this wallpaper, I thought of creating a widescreen effect on the left side, so I first drew a vertical line to separate this piece in two areas. Once I placed my chosen anime image on the left side centered, I colored the top and bottom spaces on the same side with fill-with-color tool using black. Because "Ghost in The Shell" is a police anime, I decided to use blue to color the right side of the wallpaper since blue is a police color. What I inserted at the right side centered was the kanji for the original title of "Ghost in the Shell", which reads "Kōkaku Kidōtai" (literally meaning "Mobile Armored Riot Police"). The kanji itself was cropped out from the "GITS:SAC" logo by Microsoft photo editor. Enjoy!
