Wow... this one took a few hours and a lot of effort, but it was worth it So, the story behind this one is I was watching over 9000 Miku-tan videos on Niconico Douga and found this one (alternatively, there's a much worse quality version on youtube), which was awesome. I screencapped a still from it and, since it was so ridiculously blurry, decided I just had to trace it in Inkscape. Which is exactly what I did, and then put some ordinary effects on in the GIMP afterwards.
