people need to know how awesome Neuro is..Why isn’t there a flood of this anime.In cast people don’t know..Neuro is usually and pacifist(a sadistic pacifist) until someone pushes him. Then he will teach you the hard way. The parrot with fangs is his demon form. What I love about Neuro besides his sadistic nature is that he will torture or kill someone in very colorful ways.
