I thought this was one of the most interesting pictures I'd ever seen, so i just had to make something with it. I just wish I knew who the artist was...

Its mostly made by cloning. I used the dodge and burn tool a lot too. I made it look like they were in some sort of cave or something....Kind of. Well i think it looks like that...Maybe I'm just seeing things...
