A bit belated (I finished this a couple weeks ago), but better late than never, ne?

I didn't want to do too much with the picture since I thought it was beautiful just the way it was. Just intensified the colors and did a slight glowy effect. I tried adding wings to Misuzu, but it just looked too cluttered. I ended up leaving the sparkles everywhere. Simple yet effective.

Anyway, this is dedicated to Kelsey, who loves Misuzu from air. I know you requested this one a long time ago, and I apologize for taking so long to complete it!! I hope you like it!
