Well its the winter season so I wanted to make a wallpaper that represented that a bit with the paint program, so I found snowflakes that I added on to the sides and gently redid the outer border. Hopefully it looks alright. Plus I do like winter and Eyeshield 21, this is a bonus for me! :D
