OKAY so I saw this awesome image of lelouch which I think I got at beloved melody. if you would like this image pm me.

He is how it all started. I started taking fixing up the image since I had to change it to a jpeg and it got this icky black background which took me forever to get rid of.

Then I applied a base background which was turquoise added some diagonal lines that were black and then added another layer in which I put a gradiet from blue to black and put the opactiy down a bit.

I added a bit of circle brushes with different colors and added some light brushes with scribbles and stuff and WALLA!
