Another WEWY wallpaper, this time featuring Neku.
Trying to work my way out of this artistic block.

The other one (Joshua) I went for a very grungy look, but decided to go in a completely opposite direction with this one. I wanted to keep the modern theme but keep it looking soft and clean.
I ended up adding the glows on the left side because of how dark it was compared to the right. It made the paper look very unbalanced, and fairly empty.

I always think that looks like a tampon hanging off his arm...
