Did I do too much with this wallpaper? Please tell me if I did.

-Took an hour
-about 11 layers.
-This image is from the anime gallery.com (I think)
-Brushes lets see..uhh I don't remember where I got half of them but I used a graffiti arrow brush from deviant art, a tech brush from deviant art, and some paint brush strokes from I have no idea where.
-I don't really think this color suits this image butt ehh it's too late to change it now.
