This is Meracle, the resident little cat girl from Star Ocean: The Last Hope. She’s an entertaining enough character, but I made this wallpaper for the “Nothin’ But Nekos” contest. ^-^ Plus, I don’t think anyone else has made a wallpaper of her on TheOtaku. XD
