Before I hear a bunch of people whining and complaining about the wallpaper "having nothing to do with Belgium!1!!!1", for the love of Gods, at least look at the category it's in and spare yourself some embarassment kthx.

Someone in the official APH LJ community (credited on the wall) has taken it upon themselves to color some of the artwork. And not only did they do a gorgeous job of coloring, it's also a character that isn't seen in many graphics.

I tried to go with a yellow/black/red theme like the country's flag. But bright yellow would have been unsightly, and the beige color worked well.
