I first thought about Kaien 'cause he actually died but then I made Kyoraku Fortune instead of Judgement and Komamura Judgement instead of Justice and then I needed someone for Justice and when I saw a pic of Urahara from the Pendulum arc, I thought 'Why not' (wanted Urahara in there anyway)
