'Tis Cao Pi, another one of my favorite characters in Dynasty Warriors~ He has to place second, though (Lu Xun is love <3), but I wanted to make a wallpaper of him too. I really have had nothing else to do all day though. :p

Anyways, I'm really tired, so I don't have much to say. The dark blue and the fancy brushes were fun to work with, but otherwise I think I could have done better. :/
