this is my fan made project tribute to shin migami tensei's persona!!!
itll be a comic with full voice and actions along with complete game specs including compendium and rosters for enemies and attacks,and weapons
{so im treating this like im designing an actual game all of it is conceptional}

need help any one know how to make a gif chibi?
and if you do how in gods name can i make it keep moving on a menu screen?
