The text on the wallpaper means: gôma·no·riken -> sharp sword to submission of the Devil

The Manga is called Ao no Exorcist.
It's a new manga (release April 2009).
Written and illustrated by Kazue Kato.
I like the draw style. It's kinda cool :D
