Ahh this ***** took forever to make.
Vectoring took about three days, the hair was one of the most complicated parts as usual I used gaussian blur to try and blend it in and put other sections on top.rnMaking the the background not so long.

I overlayed textures in the background with different layer effects on them there are also clouds in the background but they aren't that noticeable that's the white.rnBlended some of the texture on the left into the cape.rnThe cape has a color overlay from gold to blue.rnL text surrounds lelouch with help from the grow option from the original vector.rnrnCritique is appreciated.rnVectoring still isn't my strong point any critique on that is greatly appreciated :)rnrn
