this is my submission to the "color me blue" challenge =]

I immediately thought of black rock shooter when I 1st saw the challenge so I decided to make my 1st entry

I extracted BRS and added some filters and effects, then created the 3D text and added a lot of brush work and effects to it! the easy part was making the celestial BG, I used cloud brushes and added some "stars" X3
