Why: I got bored one night after scrapping one more wallpaper ans ready to throw out my labtop out the window from the Wallpaper/Writer's block I have been having this pass few weeks. So I was surfing the scans on MT and come on this one from Chobits. I loved how Innocent Chi looked in the two images with the cat and over the plate of milk. So I had to so something and this is out came out.

It is very simple in the design but I like it, adding in the flowers/petels around the images of Chi to act as a bit of a frame for the whole thing. Tried a few brushes to see what would work and it did. Color wise, I kept to the same ones of the blue and white also to keep it matching and keep it looking clean.
