The background consists of this picture, which I did my best to vector.

The hardest part was the extraction of the girl >_< Her hair made it worse, and because all my latest works are vectors, I haven't extracted something for some time... but I did my best nonetheless ^^'
Overall, I'm pleased with it, because the pose is lovely and the background fits perfectly.
