For this challenge, I decided to dedicate one to Clannad's Tomoya Okazaki. Aside from such anime hotties like Lelouch, Sesshomaru, Itachi, Byakuya, etc., I decided upon Tomoya because not only is he gorgeous with his dreamy blue eyes and handsome face, I find him a kind and caring person with a great sense of humor(especially his moments with Youhei Sunohara). With the background, I adjusted the hue and saturation.
