My first Final Fantasy VII wallpaper. I changed the coloring in the original picture, to a blue tone, then filled in all the little squares taken from a scan with a paintbrush in photoshop. Next, I partially erased, blurred, smeared and changed the opacity levels to create the effects you see here. Hope you like!
