A character from the game "The Last Hope" I think. I found out about her on a blog, where they pointed out that she looked very similar to Judith from Tales of Vesperia. I thought, "Wow, they really do look similar!" O: So that's the story behind this wallpaper, even though I haven't played the game before. Enjoy~
