There's kind of a story...

It's before the Host Club was started, and Kyouya first meets Tamaki. Tamaki sees that Kyouya is suffering, and that he wants someone to care about him. So Tamaki says "If you want, I can save you. I can take you away from here." Obviously, Tamaki is the one who "showed Kyouya the way".

The pic of Kyouya smiling and holding his hand out is for the "So busy out there" part of the song because i wanted it to be like Kyouya is only acting happy.

The "I didn't know that it was so cold" is for the empty room, because I wanted it to seem like that is the lifestyle Kyouya has been living in (empty and he's all by himself.)

The "Take you away from here" is for when Kyouya gets slapped by his father. Pretty self explanatory.
